The Sneak Peek June 28 2024
Have Cool Shoes Will Travel
Do you like networking?
I bloody LOVE it – especially when I meet BRILLIANT peeps like I did last week when I went to a networking event in Southampton.
I was beyond excited to meet Wendy Gannon 📸 and THE Kirsty Birch IRL!!
And I got to meet some absolutely brilliant people and learned some very cool things (enclothed cognition, funnels and China manufacturing)
IYKYK 😂
I was also rocking my very first outing of an outfit as styled by Chantelle Znideric – Award-Winning Personal Stylist and Brand Expert too!
HELLO!! 💅🏻
Loud Women Talking
Fancy hearing some awesome female voices?
Last week I joined the AMAZEBALLZ Felice Ayling MCIM who hosted me on her Live Series: Loud Women Talking.
We shared our experiences of leaving corporate behind and becoming a disruptive founder, how we’ve found our voices and everything in between!
Have a listen below!
How Are You?
No, really how ARE you?
Is the answer different between the two questions?
I had the absolute pleasure of joining Mary J Baird, CSM® on The Simplifiers Podcast recently, and we talked all things burnout.
If you’ve been here a while, you know I’m a huge advocate of micro-moments.
These started for me when I began to recover from burnout – the big sexy stuff felt like too much and doing nothing wasn’t an option – so I started with just 1% improvements every day.
Check out the pod (in video and in your ears!) in the links below, and let me know what you think!
What one percent change can you make today that you’ll b glad of tomorrow?
Bring Sexy Questions Back
It’s time to supercharge your nosey Nelly and get geeky about curiosity – because, in the words of the great Justin Timberlake,
It’s time to bring sexy-questions back!
🛑we’re scared of looking stupid
🛑the impact of gender and cultural differences
🛑we already think we know it all
It’s time to get curious, be nosey and ask great questions!

The Culture Hack
Did you catch me guesting on The Culture Hack podcast last week with the fantastic Matt Furness?
We had a GREAT conversation about all things culture, and I shared my magic three words for any culture change:
simple, durable, and relatable
In the pod, Matt and I cover how to:
✅reach the inner sanctum and become a trusted advisor.
✅apply three, simple design principles to culture change efforts.
Thanks so much Matt for allowing me to come and join you!

Time to Toot Your Trumpet
This feels weird AF to write, but here are three things I love about me:
💖 my magical energy
💖 my raucous laugh
And since this is an act of rebellion, it’s time to
🔊SHOUT ABOUT YOUR AWESOME SELF!!🔊
🎺 toot your trumpet
🗣️ share your wares
📯 hoot your horn
🎶 sing your song
(I’ve run out of weird phrases now 😂)So tell me, what do you LOVE about yourself, what’s your HR superpower and why do you love it? 🦸♀️
