New Year, Same Me… with Knobs On!!

I HATE New Year’s resolutions.

They add pressure, pile onto your to-do list, and honestly, who needs another reason to feel like they’re falling short?

So how about  gentler alternatives?

🌟 Do a little retrospective journaling(or create a video) to remind you of how much you’ve managed to deliver (the beauty of this is you can do it as often as you like to remind yourself of how awesome you are all year long!!) 🥰

🌟 Pick a word (or a phrase, or a handful of words) to guide your year’s intentions. Think of them as your ‘north star’ or guiding principles which will keep you focused, without boxing you in with rigid rules.

 

So far, for 2025, I’m choosing boundaries that help me protect my time and energy – creating space where I can do better and feel better this year.

And because I’m not fixed to one thing/phrase/measureI’m open to adding more as I need to: Happy days! 🎉

This way of setting intentions isn’t about striving for perfection – it’s about creating clarity, and flexibility, so I can focus on what truly matters to me.

🌈 Here’s to a year of growth, fun, and a bit of awesome!
