Collaboration and Co-Facilitation
🧳🧳🧳In last week’s episode of ‘have satchel (and MAHOOSIVE suitcase and pink bag), will travel’, I was in the big ‘ol smoke of London delivering an Insights session to a brilliant project community team, with the FABULOUS Jenna Sangwin!
Here’s what I loved about co-facilitating;
❣️ working with someone who ‘gets it’ makes it super easy to deliver
❣️ working with someone in the opposite colour space (🔴/🟢) is brilliant for the examples
❣️ we’ve both recently embraced a more 🔵, which means we actually can relate to each other even more
❣️ the HILARITY was real: with our level of comfort and connection, it made for a really relaxed but fun (and funny!) session
❣️ the banter was EPIC (as ever… 👀) because we really work well together and respect each other’s skills.
🔋Maybe it’s time to do more collab to keep my energy high!?
