I had the pleasure of contributing to this People Management article which sheds light on the concerning reality that 80% of Gen Z and millennials would willingly leave their jobs due to toxic work cultures!

Conducted by Lifesum, the study surveyed 5,000 UK individuals to understand how personal values shape their career decisions. It revealed that 51% feel stressed at work most of the time, whilst 48% state that work-related stress impacts their personal lives!

  • 48% of those polled feel work-related stress had an impact on their personal life
  • 51% are stressed at work most of the time
  • 47% would quit their job tomorrow for one that better supported their wellbeing
  • 71% said they would be more productive at work if their employer improved their health and wellbeing
