WOW, A LOT has happened this month!

So here’s a kinda Sneak-Peek-Geek edition for you to share everything that’s been happening in the world of Michelle!

First up let’s talk about International Women’s Day.

Now, many of you will know I’m not a fan of “days” -(international used tea bag day anyone?!) and looking back on what happened last week doesn’t make me feel any different!

In my world, they are tokenistic and performative and ignore key issues, as well as significant sections of the population…

But you know me: I’m here to call out the BS and give you some tips on what you can actually do for (ALL) women to ensure inclusion in your organisation!

How are you combatting it?

🤬 Awareness ‘days’ tend to bring out the best of my sass and all my feminist RAAAAAAAGE, so here it is in all its glory in my IWD #bin video in conjunction with the Association of Business Psychology. 🎤💥

Can you guess what I put in the #bin?

…and it’s about as nice as it sounds!

Dry promotion is when a company gives you all the responsibilities of a higher title without the extra compensation.

Yuck! 🤮

And not only are there some really shocking statistics, but it’s also adding to burnout and leading to performance issues.

With almost SEVENTY percent of employees experiencing a dry promotion, it’s time to do something about it!

Check out the article here!
